Asus EEE Memo Pad has announced by ASUS at CES 2012 in Las Vegas. This tablet is not only the first official Ice Cream Sandwich tablet this week with the Transformer Prime, they’ve come out with the real release of the Asus EEE Memo Pad, a 7-inch tablet with a quad-core processor and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Asus EEE Memo Pad Release & Prices

- The latest release date is mentioned as being May or June 2012 for the Google version.
- The Google tablet price is expected to be $199
- Asus plans on launching the MeMO 370T with a price of $249 in the near future.
Based on this rumor, it suggests that the Google version and Asus EEE Memo Pad will be available at the same time. My personal comment is that the Google version will most likely have next to no storage and will rely on Google Cloud. The Asus version of the MeMO 370T most like will have more storage and possible pen input and thus making Asus EEE Memo Pad a $249 price instead of the $199 that Google is targeting.
