Asus Transformer Prime TF700T Release This June
Asus Transformer Prime TF700T has unveiled at the CES event in Las Vegas early January 2012, this tablet will use the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It’s a variant of the Eee Pad Transformer Prime tablet, and the most significant upgrade here is a move to a 1920 x 1200 resolution, which looks quite sharp and bright.
Asus Transformer Prime TF700T Features
Asus Transformer Prime TF700 aims to better the original Asus Transformer Prime in two ways. Firstly, the TF-700 sports a better screen and secondly, it fixes the GPS issues the all metal body bestowed the Asus Transformer Prime with.
A new back panel design. Asus says the TF700T’s back panel will “enhance” its Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS performance compared to the original Asus Transformer Prime model. Some users have complained about issues in those areas, presumably due to the all-aluminum casing used on the original Prime tablet.
With the same keyboard dock you get a single USB port and an SD card slot. The body itself also shares the microSD card slot, microHDMI and proprietary charging port as standard. In addition, as mentioned, the tablet will also feature 3G.
While we’ve touched on the screen, this is the real focus of the TF700. Not content with being an IPS+ panel a la Prime, the resolution is better than full HD at 1920 x 1200. Given the quad-core processor and aspect ratio, this makes the Asus TF700 the perfect device to watch full HD content on.
A better front-facing camera. The TF700T gets a 2.0-megapixel camera on its front, a small step up from the 1.2-megapixel cam on the previous Asus Transformer Prime tablet.

Asus Transformer Prime TF700T Launch Date ?
“The Asus Transformer Prime TF700 model will come out in June at the earliest and no pricing details have been announced,” ASUS wrote in their UK blog. The rumored price for the new model is $600 for 32 GB and $700 for 64 GB, CNET reported from CES in Las Vegas.
